Sweetheart (Pink/Blue/Green)

If your a regular reader you know i loveeee my Sugarpill Sweetheart pallet. Well this look has not Sugarpill in it. I've been home all day and rather bored, so i sat down to do my makeup and pulled out a few products that rarely see any use. Over all i'm going to say this is a cheap look, that just so happened to be "sweetheart" themed. Honestly i had no intention of doing what i actually did. Some times color happens.

Social D Inspired (Blue/White)

Just this past weekend a beloved someone was so kinda as to pick me up a not new, but new to me Social Distortion CD from super mega yard sale day in the area, and as i sat down to figure out what to do for my look day i saw it there sitting atop the colorful jars of pigment. So yes, i drew inspiration for today's look from the album cover pictured below (or after the jump). I loved the blue and white and the tears and stuff, i want to try a different technique for making the "tears" look better when translated into makeup. I have an idea, just have to try it now.

So Appealing Cosmetics (Review)

I've mentioned it a few times before, but it's finally here, you get to see the samples i got from entering the "Name The Trio" contest on So Appealing's Blog. I just didn't want to show off the fact that i got some free stuff, i also wanted to take this opportunity to repay the generosity and give So Appealing a little bit of a spotlight on here. I do genuinely like the product, so this is most defiantly an honest review. You gals know how i am, no sugar coating here.

Tape It Off (Blue/Green)

Like the name? lol. I thought it was clever. Then i shook my head and rolled my eyes at myself for being so lame. So today, was lame. LAST TUESDAY OF HIGH SCHOOL! Also a very rainy day. (Yea, rain. In the middle of May) Butyes, lame rainy day, sooo not a makeup day. But i went all out today anyways. One, i didn't know it was going to rain. Two, i got up quickly so i had time. I've been so excited, well, ever more excited to do a new look in the morning knowing i have all these new colors to play with. :D Mornings have never been better. So i hope you like this, i like it...And well...really if you don't like it...life is gonna go on for me.

Recently i received some samples for entering the So Appealing "Name That Trio Contest." Even though i did not win, every one who entered was given a consolation prize of two full jars of So Appealing Cosmetics

or five samples, our choice. You'll be seeing those samples and swatches very soon, just took pictures for the review today. they do have some very unique and beautiful colors over there, so i;d say it's worth checking out. Again, i'd like to thank So Appealing Cosmetics for their generosity, i've only used them once so far, but i'm really enjoying the products.
