Dripping with Holo Feat. Color Club "Voo Doo You Do"

I tried a drippy mani the other day. It felt like the tips of my nails have about nine layers on them. I piled it on thick for sure. but i loved it. It looks so ooey and gooey. I think it was appropriate for the design. On an unrelated note, work days just seem to get longer and longer. It's cold out side and that makes me sad. And i need a new jacket....okay i don't need, i want. And Halloween is on a Monday. i don't know that i'm gonna do a Halloween mani, so don't look forward to it. I'm not to festive.

You're at Fault (Nails) Feat. Color Club "Antiquated"

I have the best co-workers in the world. They keep giving me polish. Last week one gave me a Kleancolor Chunky Holo, and today a different one gave me six, count 'em SIX brand new OPI polishes. Four of which are shatters. One from Katy Perry, and the other from Serena Williams. I am happy. They makes my days so much better. However, i am still sick, so i'm going to stop typing and start posting.

Keeping Karma (Pink)

Guess what?! I'm sick! I hate being sick, but the winter season is approaching and it was bound to happen some time. I'm not horribly sick yet, but sick never the less. I've spent all day just moving to different areas of the house eating and sleeping. That's a lazy Sunday for you. On a happier note, i picked up Back to Boho part A, and Poptastic collections by Color Club on Friday. Nail polish will never stop making me happy.

Catrice "Dirty Berry" with Kleancolor "Chunky Holo Teal"

Last Saturday my first nail mail arrived! I received a lovely haul from a lovely lady in Polishaholics. I can not even express how much i love the girls in that group. They are all endlessly wonderful and probably to supportive of each others polish addictions. The same girl who sent me this polish has also offered to get me more at amazing prices because she has a close by supply store that sells for cheap. See what i mean by being too supportive. Anyways. This was my first Catrice polish, because i don't have access to them where i live, so i was especially excited about this. And as for the Kleancolor, a co-worker of mine surprised me with this bottle last Friday. She checks out my nails every day and picked this up because she thought of me :)

How-do-you-do lovelies!? Today Wednesday October 19th, was horrible dull. Wake up. Work. Go home. Pass out. Wake up. Eat. Blog. To be continued. I was looking forward to a little face time with the boyfriend, but he got distracted by a dirt bike and building jumps at a friend's house. :/ What can you do right? On the other hand i've become addicted to blog sale shopping. He better watch it though, because i only put up with being put off for so long. Know what i'm sayin'? :) Anyways, i'm still awaiting to be invoiced for the two blog sales i inquired about today. I'm going to be very excited if there go through.

Good day lovelies! I seems i have lost a follower, oh poo. No skin off my back, they're going to miss out on the giveaway i have brewing for my one year anniversary. I'm trying to plan something rather exciting. Multiple prizes. Prizes for makeup lovers and polish lovers, since i know i have followers with very strong feelings about both. This is a work in progress. I hit one year February fourth, so hold tight.

Pumpkin Polish!

I saw these little pumpkins toward the start of October, and i regret not snatching up all of them. After seeing the girls on Polishaholics gush for days about the glitters and glow in the dark goodness, i finally drug myself back down to Rite-Aid to try and hopefully pick up a few. I left with five. Though i am happy with the ones i got, i was hoping to find more of the glitter ones, because i found out to late that there are some amazing glitters that came out of this little pumpkin collection. I've yet to try all of these, but i did do about three, and i'll show you what i have swatched here. Be on the look out for swatches of the remaining soon to come...hopefully.

Naughy (Purple)

Guess where i went last night. Knott's Scary Farm. Guess what time i got home. Five AM. Guess how late i slept in. Two PM. Guess what i'm doing tomorrow night. Tech N9ne in Anaheim. I love living in Southern California, because i get to do all this, and it's still seventy degrees outside at night. It's amazing. Oh! And i got my first Nail Mail today from a fellow Polishaholic. :) I was happy. Still am happy, because i have an addiction. And getting more polish makes me happy.

Hard Candy "Beetle"

I had always seen Hard Candy nail polish on the racks at Walmart, but have always been way to distracted by the wide variety of products to even take a second look and the varnish. One day it was pointed out to me on Polishaholics that Hard Candy has some diamonds in the rough racks at Walmart. One of those little gems is Beetle. It isn't every day a drug store brand puts out a poilish full of the duochromey goodness that Hard Candy has packed into this precious. Infact, out of the over one hundred bottles, its say this packs the most dramatic color change i own. My swatches really don't do it justice.

Mermaid Alure (Green)

Happy Friday! A day i've been waiting for all week long, you have no idea how long this has been drug out. It was like i was perpetually repeating the same day over and over and over. Every morning i work up, and it wasn't Saturday yet -__- It has been ridiculous, you don't even know. But by five o'clock today i will be free for the weekend! And i will soak up every second :3

My goodness! 121 followers?! I am honored. Truly. And to show how honored i am, i am going to grace you with this AWFUL stamped mani >.< I don't even know what happened with this one...well i do. What happened was that i got home from a long weekend and was trying to do my nails dead tired at ten before i went to bed. I should have done some thing simple. But nooo! The amazing stamping potential of the Foiled collection demanded to be utilized! Do you ever try to do something amazing and it just goes all bad? If your going to get anything out of this post its going to be a swatch of Purple Panic, which you should all own by the way.

Guess what every one, i get Color Club at my Ross. Both of them. I went on the hunt last week for the coveted collections. I was tired of seeing the other girls haul these home at such a steal. $7.99 for seven bottles, how can i not. I was very very happy to find the Foiled and Back to Boho (Part B) at Ross this past week. Since no retailers or supply stores around me carry Color Club, this was a magical day for me. Yes. Magical. I went from zero to fourteen. I am one happy camper.

Chilling (Blue)

Hello every one! Sorry about the short hiatus over the past few days. I planned on getting some blogging done on Friday, but got a call Thursday night inviting me to go camping over the weekend. I left Friday after noon, and wasn't back until ten Sunday night. Needless to say it was a busy weekend. But really great. Nothing like bonding with the boyfriend out in nature. And nothing says "i really like you" more then sharing an air mattress that's been folded over because it deflated in the night. It was almost comical how much trouble we went threw sleeping that night. At least we weren't fighting like the other couple who came with us. My guy just froze quietly and made sure i stayed warm. I'm telling you now, this one aims to please.

Blue Monday (Nails)

Yes. I am aware that it's not Monday. But that was the name of the polish challenge for this previous week! Polishaolics posts a weekly nail challenge and this was my mani for last week's theme. Next week has already been announced to be Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month, already brewing up an idea :D I have tons of pink polish.

I'd like to do a give away soon. I've had so many loyal followers that have been here with out the draw of me giving away free stuff, hosting contests, and junk like that. If i do hold a contest, all my current followers that enter will be getting extra entries :) This isn't for sure yet, i'll have to start collecting some goodies. Other then that news, i have a quick simple look for you today. I've been trying to get a good balance of makeup and nail posts going on here since i've become addicted to nail polish lately. I hope you makeup lovers and liking some of the more frequent nail content, and the nail heads enjoying seeing some makeup looks. I love both, and this is my blog, so i'm gonna do what i want :p

Glitter Digger (Nails)

Happy Monday every one! I was going to post my "Blue Monday" mani for the Polishaholic's weekly challenge, but then i realized i had this on my camera! Something else i realized when i got to work this morning, i forgot to release my pet caterpillar Senor Verde and he died over the weekend :/ But when i got home my order from Just Simply Minerals was here! So it was a bitter sweet day, alright day over all. Can't wait for tomorrow to try my new shadows and probably do my nails again! Oh! And i'm going to the eye doctor. My mom thinks i might either be suffering from chronic dehydration, or have a brain tumor. Hopefully i'm fine. :D

Dingy (Silver/Gold)

This has been the weekend of ever failing plans. Also the weekend of try to use Katt for her car. I just got my car back Friday and that night some one called me "can you take me to my homecoming dance?! I don't have a ride!! :(" You know something, i know i'm going to sound like a bitch, but if you wanted to go to your dance, you probably should have figured out how you were going to get there in the first place. One of my favorite sayings used by my teachers in high school, "A lack of planning on your part, does not create an emergency on mine." So no, i did not take her to the dance. I was also supposed to do SOMETHING with another one of my friends that night, but by the time i got done picking up my car and delivering a kitten, he was ready to stay in for the night. Later that night i was supposed to meet with some one else, who ended up wanting me to drag my ass 20 into one of the neighboring cities at ten at night. The next day i said "fuck it" to the plans that we're supposed to maybe be, because no one knew what the hell they we're doing. Instead i let my boyfriend pick me up and spent a lazy day with him. Later that night i got hit up to go to a party, only because they assumed i was going to be sober and drive every one home. I took no one no where, including myself. When the night was fially coming to an end, right now the street from my house, we got pulled over for speeding. I feel bad because he was just taking me home, and ended up with a ticket. :/

But life goes on right?

So, i crashed my car a little over a month now. And it's been in the shop for forever and a half. Today they called and said i could come pick it up. now they've been telling me it was going to be ready every day since last Friday, and honestly i'm done being excited. I wasn't excited at all to go get it today, because i had a feeling i wasn't going to get it back any ways. I was right. Drove home in the same shitty car i drove up in. I miss my bug :(
