Sea Sky (Blue)

Its freeking cold. Cold stuff is blue, right? Icy stuff is blue, right? So yea, IT's been super cold out side here in SoCal. even though it's like only 60 out right now and we've hardly gotten any rain. I have the right to complain about 60, we're not build for cold here!

Anyways, here's Sea Sky

 Start with Rimmel Eyeful pencil in Talk To Me all over lid

Apply Afterparty, or a similar color all over the lid and all around the eye

Next Use Royal Sugar above and all around After party putting half of Royal Sugar ontop of Afterparty

 Use Tako all around Royal Sugar and all over brow bone

Take a black liner to apply thick all around your eye

 Try the best you can to drag out the liner

Take a black shadow to intensify the liner

 Use a black gel liner on your water line and set with a blue tinted black shadow

Take a light blue simmer shadow to use to fill in any odd color transitions

Apply mascara

Rub your beldning brush all every where and mix the blues to your liking
