Sally Hansen nail polish, and my love for these colors, A quick review. (Calypso Blue and HD LCD)

First and foremost, i love love love love Calypso Blue.
Let me show you

It's BEAUTIFUL! It's also a "Complete Salon Manicure." This means that it has a base coat, color coat, and top coat all in one. And let me tell you, it lies not. No blue residue left on your nails, no sir-eeey. For a light blue you can simply apply one coat, but for an intense island blue two coats is plenty. It had no glitter but does give off a metallic sheen, but not yet shiny.

I'm no pro when doing my nails, that's why its all over my fingers.

Now for LCD

This color is positively stunning in the bottle, but i was rather disappointed when i found out it was mainly a sheer color. Worn alone it gives your nails a light, girly, pastel, pink. It's nice for the day when you don't want to be I'M IN YOUR FACE A COLORFUL!!! But not being in your face is not my style, fo i pared it with the Calypso Blue. It added that extra color and sparkle pop that the blue polish needed. It shines wonderfully beautiful in the sun, and stays very subtle in low light.I don't know if i'll be buying any more of the HD colors from this collection because i like a very opaque color on my nails. But it your looking for just a little shine, this polish is awesome
