Stellar Freeze (Blue,Purple,White)

This look was done using mostly Sugarpill shadows. Obviously, they're my current favorite. I promise to get new product soon.

 Stick on sharp tape bits in the outter corner of each eye

 Apply a blue shimmery base like Rimmel's Eyeful pencil in Talk to Me

Apply Afterpart, or a blue all over the lid and out to where your eyebrow ends

Take Royal Sugar and pat it on over afterpart on the outter edge.

 

Apply Starling, or a shimmer blue to the middle of the lid

Use Lumi, or a blue tinted white to go from the color to your brow bone.

 Go over Lumi with a heavier white such as Tako

Use Poison Plum or a purple on the lower lash line, bring out to a sharp point.

Remove tape. Use Tako or a heave matte white to the space where the tape was

 Use a tinny bit of Tako on the inner corner

 Lightly dust the purple with Lumi

 

Slightly blend together the lid colors

Add tow very light pink dots using Hard Candy Powder Keg in Sinful
