I have a pretty simple nail look today using a simple tape method and some different sized dotting tools. Its not my favorite but i was good enough to stay on for like three days, new record for me >.<
Mind if i blurb about my life for a second?
I love the heat, and i felt the same when i could feel the summer sun beat down on me through the open window of your beat up matte black Camero. The pungent smell of the exhaust filled my nose and rushed me back to a simpler time in my life when getting out of the sun before i was burnt was my only problem. Slightly sweltering in the passenger seat, looking over at you, looking back at me i felt like the dirt-dobber i used to be when the world was grand ;wearing the same clothes from the day before and my hair tangled back in a frizzy pony tail. Today was grand, it was grand because i woke up with you. Even though i spent the night tossing and this morning pacing around your living room floor, i could not have been in a more blissful state. This morning i felt a lingering euphoria then sent me flying high on every joy i have ever found in life. A white cloud kicked up when you revved the engine and i sunk into my seat soaking up every second i could of this perfect day.
Anyways
For this nail look i used
Nicole "I'm a Pool For Love"
China Glaze "Oxidized Aqua"
Sally Hansen's "Petal to the Metal"
Two coats of "I'm a Pool for Love," a black or dark dark purple with purple glitter flecks
With a piece of tape cut diagonally i alternated the point facing either the tip or cuticle
"Oxidized Aqua" was used on either side of the taped triangle
I alternated direction
I used three dotting tools of ascending size for dots in the taped off area
And finished with a top coat
