Miss Matches (Red/Yellow)

 So as you may or may not know, i do my makeup like almost in the dark every morning. I have my purple Christmas lights and my lighted mirror, but that's really it. I'm not fond of light before the sun comes up. I'm a vampire that way. So yea, i had all the colors i wanted to use for today's look in my head. But when i went to write them all down, i realized that i had grabbed one wrong jar of BFTE. I meant to use Isis, but instead ended up with Livid. >.< I was angry at myself for a few seconds, then i saw the pictures. And it worked. I still felt super stupid for not realizing it was the wrong color. I even looked at it, and though, wow, this looks awful dark for Isis... Have you ever accidentally used a product you didn't mean to in a look? I'd love to hear, how did it turn out?

I began with a white base

With Sugarpill's Flamepoint (Orange) I started to cover the lid and create me shape

Then with a little bit of Sugarpill's Love+ (Red) I blended the orange part on the outter most part of the shape, leaving the orange on the lid alone

Because i'm stupid, i then took BFTE's Livid and used it on the inner half of the lid

Beautiful picture, right?

On the rest of the eye area all the way up to the brow bone i used N.Y.C.'s Upper Zest Side (Yellow)

Over the yellow on the brow bone i started with BFTE's Lemon on the outter half of the brow bone

To bring more coolness to this, i used BFTE's Tangerine on the inner half of the brow bone area...

Along the lower lash line i used BFTE's Chance

I then took my black gel liner and used it for the water line

Very carfully, i brought used the same gel liner to make a point on the inner corner and a flat wing on the outter corner

 Apply plenty of mascara

 I paired this look with Rimmel's Berry Rose
