Good day followers! I am not happy with this look. I like the lid, but i should have just left Dollypop out of the whole equation. I just get so overwhelmed with all my colors. And i feel like some of my makeup feels sad if i don't use it. And the ones who do get used a lot are like the popular kids. I don't want make collection to get all cliquey, so i try to use everything all at once! And some times stuff like this happens. -__- Whatever. I don't hide anything from you lovely, you see all. Besides, i'm not really out to impress.
For this look i did something i'm never going to do again because it worked horribly, and that is using E.L.F.'s cream liner in Ivory for a base. It dried and i couldn't move it around and it was just awful. Never again.
After i was done being angry at Ivory i used BFTE's Sugar Daddy on the middle of my lid
Then with a super gilttery light pink AKA Unknown #4, i covered both outter portions of my lid
This is where things started to get out of control. I had to cover up some of the left over Ivory, so i used Sugarpill's Dollypop in my crease
And pf course there was black or something left in my brush, so that's where the dark color came from
I tried not to get too crazy on my brow bone with Tako
On my lower lash line i used a white liner for aa base
I then took BFTE's Chance and covered the outter half of the lower lash line
And covered the rest of my lower lash line with Unique Pigment's Nuke 'em High
Finished with mascara

Sigh, I know what you mean about some looks that seem okay in your mind when you first consider them, and then once you finish them you are like, "What... was I thinking?" I actually don't think this is as bad as you are making it out to be, though! It's bright and fun and I love Dollipop always.
ReplyDeleteIt's still pretty awesome!
