L’Oreal HiP Bright Shadow Duo in Riotous (Review)

Also part of the Mini Target Haul is the L’Oreal HiP Studio Selects Professional Bright Shadow Duo in Riotous. I picked up this color because that green/gold/yellow color is magical. I wanted to get a few more of these before i did the review, but i also wanted to complete the reviews for the Target haul in case any of you were looking for them

What I Think: Over all i really liked this shadow. The green half is just a color like no other, so that's where most of my love for this product comes from. It has a kind of secret compartment on the bottom where a sponge tip applicator is included. The color combination is magically perfect.
On the left of this color due we have a green/yellow color. On the right, a black/brown with flacks of green in it. These two work perfectly for a simple cut crease look.
The bottom of this products opens like the top to reveal a hidden compartment
This compartment is perfect for the included sponge tip applicator. It's also big enough to hide things in.
See, it opens from both sides. I thought it was very neat
Green side, very pigmented. And much of a love
Dark side. This color was a bit more difficult to pick up and apply. If you take your time it can be built up to a beautiful shade for the crease
Both colors applied dry
I adore this green. It's a light green with hints of yellow and gold. It goes great with black, yellow, and other green colors. It does go on semi-sheer in the first application, but it had the potential to be built up. Applied over a green cream base this color is mind blowing
The darker side of the due it mainly meant to serve as an accent color. I use it in the crease when ever using the green side. The look Golden Herb is a perfect example of this duo in action.

This was the start of  Golden Herb. Since is was just Riotous in the raw i saved this picture to use here
Price: $6.79 at Target

Worth it? For me this was entirely worth it just because of the green. I'm not much of a fan of the darker color but i am glad it's become part of my collection. Over all this is a decent product and a good buy if you love the color as much as i do

Will I Buy It Again?: I'll probably be keeping my eye on the L'Oreal duo collections. I know there are a lot of them and now that i know they have gem colors like Riotous i'll defiantly be looking to buy more
