Sparkle Pure (Pink/White)

While browsing the makeup isal at Target the other day i came across this dazzling white eye shadow. Now these Milani shadows are kinda a love hate thing. I love them because the shimmer is like no other! But i hate them because in order to get that shimmer in it's pure color, you must use it wet or spend 5 hours tediously replying layers upon layers of shadow. Anyways, in honer or this amazing new shadow i got, i bring you, this look, Sparkle Pure.

Start by applying NXY Jumbo eye pencil in Milk all over the lid

 Use Milani's Lilly White, wet all over the lid

Bring this color up past the brow bone by using it dry above the lid

Use a matter white for the brow bone to basically over highlight 

Use a matte pink along the upper lash line and create a wing

Bring that wing down to the lower lash line and follow along the lower lash line

Use a purple eye liner on half of the lower lash line

Take a pink glitter to apply to the outer wing, bring the glitter into about 1/4th of the lower lash line
