It's Electric (Yellow/Blue)

I brightened up my Tuesday with this shocking blue and yellow look. Haha yea, alright. Sure. Tuesday suck. 

Regardless of how much i love this look.

Start with Buttercupcake or a matte yellow and apply all over lid

Tape off sides starting from outter corner of you eye to create a clean line

Use Afterparty, or a shimmer blue above yellow and bring out to tape

Drag yellow into blue

 Apply yellow along the lower lash line

Remove tape and bring yellow along edge of blue

 Use Dollypop or a matte pink for 3 dots on the outter corner

Start with a "Batwing liner" on the upper lash line

Draw a line under one eye and build into a triangle with liquid liner

 Use a dark gel liner on the water line

Apply mascara
