Playing Safe (Taupe)

Today i had another job interview at a store called Aero Postale, and to say the least i was a bit worried about what to wear. They aren't really my style so i had a little difficulty putting together an outfit. And when i sat down this morning to do my makeup, it pained me to leave all my beautiful colors untouched :( But hopefully i looked good and hopefully i'll be getting a call to come back for a second interview!

And i'd like to give a shout out to my new followers! And say thank you to all of you for the EXPLOSION of comments yesterday and today

I will admit, even though i'm not a neutral person, i think this look is kinda delicious.

I started out with a smudge of my NXY Milk

Now with the darkest color from the Color Plush "Taupe Temptress" pallet i defined my crease

Then with the lightest color out of E.L.F.'s "Butternut" quad i dusted my brow bone

Again with the E.L.F.'s "Butternut" quad This time with the medium brow, I went and added some more color to my outter brow bone

 Ignoring my socking pinks, i again went back to the Color Plush "Taupe Temptress" pallet and got some of the light pink for the lid

It's not really pink at all. It's taupe. Duh. It looks pink in the pallet

Along the lower lash line i used a bit of BFTE's Smoke

I then used the White out of the Color Plush "Taupe Temptress" pallet for a tiny highlight on the inner corners on my eyes

Now, with my crappy liquid liner that i've come to hate, i lined my upper lash line and made a tiny wing

Lots of mascara to finish it off
