I guess this is a rather odd review, but i really wanted to share this because one, no one ever really reviews brush cleaning products, and two, if your curious about this like i was you're going to find it mildly informative. I got this brush shampoo because there was an e.l.f. sale and you can see every thing i got on the e.l.f. haul post. This is the second to last out of all the reviews, and i can't wait to share the next haul :D
This was one product that i was rather unhappy with concerning the quality of the packaging. It's not that the packaging itself is bad, but my box was all crushed and when i opened it, it seemed like some of the product was leaking out a little bit. So i wasn't to pleased with that.
Company Description: An anti-bacterial brush cleanser for thorough cleaning in-between makeup applications. Disinfects brushes to provide a fresh and clean application every time. Washes away traces of dirt, makeup, oil and debris from your brush while conditioning the hair to provide a clean and soft application for every use.
What I Think: It's not amazing but it's not horrible. Really its just kinda a generic type deal. The formula does seem to be lacking some sort of substance i feel like it doesn't contain a lot of element to give it a rich cleaning ability. It's a little thin and watery, but over all it's alright. Just alright.
Right out of the bottle it looks like this. Ticker then water but thinner then dish soap
Brushes before cleaning
Like anyhthing that i've washed my brushes with it starts to pull out all the color and you can see more and more come out as you work the product into the brush
Right after cleaning. It does work. My white MAC brush was returned to it's semi-white state and all the brushes were pretty clean. I did feel that the e.l.f. brushes were a little more cooperative with the shampoo then my other brushes. I don't know if that's just me though.
Price: $3.00 at Eyes Lips Face .Com
Worth it?:I got this half off so for me it was worth it. When this runs out i probably wont buy it again because it's not really spectacular. Plus, i have a huge problem with the bottle. It's square, and difficult to squeeze.

Well, shoot. I was kind of hoping it'd be amazing so that I could start buying this instead of the usual and save a few bucks. Thanks for the review, hon!
