Part two of my first ever LipStick Haul! Stepping it up here with another N.Y.C. lipwear, this time in "Lilac Dream." Unlike Petal, you can actually tell this one is on my lips.
These Ultra Last Lipwears are about a dollar more then the Ultra Moist Lipwears. but its sooo worth it.

What I Think:These are the second cheapest lipwear from N.Y.C. and its worlds different from the Ultra Moist Lipwears. I like this one a lot more. It does not glide on as slimy smooth as the Ultra Moist, but i quite like it. It doesn't pull or tug and still goes on wonderfully smooth. I don't feel like i have to blot half of it off for it to be wearable. I'm wearing it right now and i'm quite comfortable in it. The color stays on for a long while just as it claims. I don't know about six hours, because i tend to eat stuff off my lips....(>.>) ,but it does stay for a while.
I didn't put them side by side, but i think you get the same amount of product at the Ultra moist. I think this one may have a little bit more though. You know, in my head, not by mathematical volume or anything rational. I don't like the...the seam down the sides of these though. It kinda bugs me a lot.
I like the way this lipstick goes on. You do have to build it up but i don't mind that because you can get a wide varity of shades out of this. It doesn't really leave and ugly un-colored spots so you can wear it as dark or as light as you'd like

This color is kinda a mauve pink. Not really pink pink but not real fleshy either. I think this is a color that would look good on any one with a fairly light skin tone. I don't know how well it would convey on darker skin tones as i am preeetttty dang white.

After kissing the paper a lot of the color was still on, i didn't see much different or any dramatic amount missing, proving that this color does stay on for quite some time. I'm eating pie now, and it's still on....and i only see a tiny bit of it on my fork.
Worth it?:Yes indeed. This is a much better quality lip stick then the Ultra Moist Lipwears and well worth the extra dollar. It comes in a wider variety of colors making it perfect for trying new colors. It goes on smooth, stays on long, and has no obnoxious smell that i noticed. I really like this color, and the lip stick as a whole. I think it's entirely worth two dollars.
