I'm verrryyy excited to be doing these lipstick reviews because i'm having so much fun with them. Even though i have NO BUSINESS wearing lipstick right now with my amazing "drag queen hooker makeup" (Mom's word's not mine). A few of your pricked up your ears wen you saw i had a few of the Cover Girl Lip Perfections in the LipStick Haul, and now i know why. These are amazing! But i'm telling you now that the review on this one may be a little deceiving due to the pictures because Embrace photographs totally different. I tried to get some "Real Life" quality pictures so you can tell, but i think between all the pictures and swatches you should be able to put together the actual or approximate color of this.
I really like the packaging of these because if you absolutely NEED to, it can be used as a tiny mirror. And it's square. I just think it's neat that it's square
*Vs bare lips
What I Think: I think these lipsticks are wonderful. They go on smooth and ultra pigmented. They do leave my lips feeling soft. There's no real noticeable smell that bothers me, it's just typical lipstick smell. The only part i don't like about these is that because they are soooo pigmented and creamy delicious, you should probably always wear them with a lip liner to keep them from bleeding out and to get a nice uniform shape on your lips instead of looking like you just got hit in the face.

Again, the HUGE difference in color with and with out flash. The one of the right is more true to the actual real life color. Embrace has way more purple in it then it does pink. the flash liessss.
This is how much product you get. I feel that it's a little short, could be more. But i don't know Lipstick proportions that well, but i still feel like they could have put a little extra in this tube.

You can see the blue reflects in here pretty well, that's one quality i reallly like about this particular color. The suprise inside. The online Cover Girl swatch looks nothing like this.

No lip liner. And as you can see it's starting to run away on my bottom lip and at the corners on my mouth. So with this color a liner is a must to avoid looking like a crack ho
And of course, just incase your buying lip stick just to kiss papers. lol this is what it looks like
Not as perfect as the last two reviewed but i think that's because those didn't run as much, where as this formula likes to kinda do it's own thing.

Worth it?:Right now i really love these lip colors. They're creamy, beautiful, not slimy, and super pigmented. They stay on for quit some time and even when they start to fade they leave a nice even stain on your lips if you don't want to re-apply. These do come off on my boyfrined when i kiss him but they stay on my lips. He just ends up with my lipstick on basically. They are $5.99 and i think it's a very reasonable price for the product. It's not expensive but it's not super cheap either. But your paying for quality. I don't like that you kinda need a lip liner but the color pay off is way worth it to me
